Born in London, England, Chris now lives in Southern Ontario, Canada, with her husband and their two Persian cats. She has traveled extensively in Europe and writes what she most enjoys reading: romantic-suspense stories with a paranormal twist and British-style mysteries with a European background and a police officer as a major character. Police procedures in another country require careful research, and Chris has been fortunate in this regard. An inquiry she sent to Scotland Yard was passed to a detective with thirty years experience in British CID, so "checking the facts" is no longer a problem.

Recent published works include Where's Michelle?, which a nine-year-old girl is kidnapped while on vacation in England; and Without A Clue, which is set in Paris, France, and concerns the disappearance of an antiquarian diary.

Chris is currently working on a suspense story set on the Oregon coast, and has recently completed Seeing Is Believing, the first book in a mystery series involving a woman from Las Vegas and a British CID officer.
